Work placement:

The rules of conducting the practice comply with the Faculty Practice Regulations. They are an integral part of the curriculum and are not subject to classification, only Underwater Technologies profile.

Graduation requirements:

Obtaining the learning outcomes and the required number of ECTS points specified in the education program, submitting and obtaining a positive grade for the diploma thesis and passing the diploma examination.

Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:

Absolwent uzyskuje zaawansowaną wiedzę ogólnotechniczną oraz umiejętności niezbędne w projektowaniu, budowie, remontach i eksploatacji statków, obiektów oceanotechnicznych i systemów występujących w szeroko rozumianej gospodarce morskiej. Przygotowany jest do: wykonywania prac projektowo-konstrukcyjnych w obszarze oceanotechniki; prowadzenia prac naukowo-badawczych w obszarze oceanotechniki; zarządzania produkcją, eksploatacją i remontami okrętów i obiektów oceanotechnicznych oraz pracy zespołowej w środowisku międzynarodowym. Absolwent przygotowany jest do pracy w: zakładach produkcyjnych szeroko rozumianego sektora okrętowego; biurach projektowo-konstrukcyjnych przemysłu okrętowego i gospodarki morskiej; ośrodkach badawczo-rozwojowych przemysłu okrętowego i gospodarki morskiej; przedsiębiorstwach doradczo-konsultingowych w obszarze oceanotechniki; instytucjach klasyfikacyjnych okrętownictwa; administracji morskiej oraz międzynarodowych instytucjach sektora okrętowego. Absolwent przygotowany jest do podjęcia studiów trzeciego stopnia (doktoranckich).
