Obtaining the learning outcomes and the required number of ECTS points specified in the education program, submitting and obtaining a positive grade for the diploma thesis and passing the diploma examination.
Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:
A graduate of the 2nd degree course is equipped with advanced theoretical knowledge allowing them to design and construct hydrotechnical off-shore, coastline and river-based objects. They are also equipped with skills allowing them to participate in works encompassing design, construction, operation, modernization and overhauls of complex hydrotechnical structures as well as off-shore, coastline and river-based objects. They are able to apply modern calculation methods, solutions and measurement techniques supported with the results of engineering analyses. A graduate is ready to work in a team and lead a team within the basic range of duties in design offices, scientific units and construction. They are also ready to continue education at PhD studies.
