Graduation requirements:

Obtaining second-level qualifications requires the achievement of the learning outcomes set out in the program and 120 ECTS points, work experience and admission to the defence of a diploma thesis after being checked in the anti-plagiarism system, obtaining a positive grade for the diploma thesis and passing the diploma exam.

Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:

Graduates of second-degree studies have a comprehensive knowledge in the field of management studies and its complementary disciplines (economics and finance). They acquire skills of analysing the organizations environment (including the public ones), particularly the market and competitive environment, internal resources analysis, planning the development strategy and enterprise operation, as well as quality and finance management. This includes applying the design methods to problems solving and developing skills of using modern software. A particular emphasis is put on developing the open-minded and creative attitude by the graduates as well as making them aware of how important it is to continuously improve their knowledge. Thanks to the knowledge and skills acquired during the course, the graduates can operate their own businesses and seek employment as analysts and management systems developers. They may also find employment in positions of various ranks related to organization, analysis and management in enterprises, consulting companies and non-commercial organizations. The second-degree Management Studies course graduates have the necessary foundation to conduct their own research.
