Graduation requirements:

Obtaining second-level qualifications requires the achievement of the learning outcomes set out in the program and 120 ECTS points and admission to the defence of a diploma thesis after being checked in the anti-plagiarism system, obtaining a positive grade for the diploma thesis and passing the diploma exam.

Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:

A graduate of Management is comprehensively prepared to perform managerial functions in a dynamically changing global environment. They acquire competences in the field of management at an in-depth level and the ability to use them in multidisciplinary contexts. He is able to analyse, critically evaluate and synthesize information from various sources, correctly identifying problems in the area of management and developing their unique and creative solutions, working individually and in a team. Is easy to interact with colleagues, using appropriate means of communication, for effective knowledge sharing and transfer of information. Has the potential to carry out entrepreneurial activities and to act as a leader in selected positions and in wider communities. It works with social commitment and awareness of global problems, with respect for diversity. He appreciates the attention to personal development as well as that of his co-workers. He is well prepared to live, study and work in a digital society, adapting to permanent technological changes and their impact on management systems.
Students can choose one of two specialties. The "International management" specialization focuses on the most important issues for managing an organization, such as entrepreneurship and creativity, or quality assurance systems. All these issues are embedded in the context of international conditions and impact on the economic growth of countries. The specialization "Sustainability management in business" is focused on the issue of taking into account the goals of sustainable development in the activities of the organization, both as a unit functioning in a specific environment, as well as taking into account processes within the organization, such as supply chains, implementation of innovations. The key role of humans in such sustainable systems is emphasized.
