Internships of 160 hours in accordance with the rules set out in the Internship Regulations
Graduation requirements:
Obtaining the first-cycle qualification requires
:
1) achieving the learning outcomes specified in the study program and the number of 212 ECTS points,
2) completing an internship (related to completing an appropriate subject in the study program),
3) positive assessment of the team engineering diploma project, which is subject to a review and anti-plagiarism verification process,
4) obtaining a positive grade in the diploma examination.
Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:
A graduate of Data Engineering study option is prepared to participate in interdisciplinary projects related to the design of IT tools that improve the processes of collecting and processing information, in particular for the purposes of making business decisions. He/she has knowledge in many areas, in particular in the field of mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, and at the same time has analytical thinking skills. Additionally, he/she is predisposed to communication between people involved in designing IT tools and the company's management staff. Is able to present work results and proposals to managers and/or IT department employees in a clear and understandable way using appropriate reports or visualizations.
A graduate of first-cycle studies is prepared to undertake second-cycle studies.
