The rules of conducting the practice comply with the Faculty Practice Regulations. They are an integral part of the curriculum and are not subject to classification.
Graduation requirements:
Obtaining the learning outcomes and the required number of ECTS points specified in the education program, submitting and obtaining a positive grade for the diploma thesis and passing the diploma examination.
Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:
A graduate has general technical knowledge and skills necessary to design, construct and operate power-generating devices and systems. The range of skills and abilities of the graduates will allow them to work in companies introducing innovative technologies in the production of energy and bio-fuels, as well as in the integration of knowledge about the protection and shaping of the environment. A graduate has knowledge to specify the taxonomy in energy efficiency of objects, including power-generating objects. A graduate is ready to perform design and construction work in power generation; to conduct scientific and research work in power generation; to manage the production, operation and repairs of power-generating devices and systems; they are able to work in an international team. A graduate is ready to work in power-generating industry, in design and construction bureaus; in R&D units operating in power-generating industry; in advisory and consulting bureaus, in conventional and non-conventional power plants. A graduate is ready to start a second degree course.
