Work placement:
The program of studies provides for student internships in the amount of 3 weeks 120 h 4 ECTS. However, foreign students who do not have a work permit carry out the Lean Management Game project as a substitute for an internship in the company.
Graduation requirements:
Obtaining the first degree qualification requires achieving the learning outcomes specified in the program and the number of 180 ECTS points, completing internships and being admitted to the defense of the diploma thesis after checking it in the anti-plagiarism system, obtaining a positive grade from the diploma thesis and its defense, and from the diploma exam.

Completion of the management program provides graduates with managerial competencies at an advanced level, allowing them to achieve success in their future professional careers. The acquired knowledge and skills shape the ability to adapt to changes, which are indispensable feature of the modern business world, in which our graduates will move freely. They will meet their own and global social expectations, solving complex problems in various management systems inspired by the results of contemporary scientific research. The graduate is prepared to develop unique solutions to issues in management critically and creatively, working individually and in a team as a leader and performer. They work with social commitment and awareness of global problems in different cultures, with respect for diversity. This is facilitated by the high internationalization of this course taught in English.
Good general preparation in the areas of economic and financial sciences as well as management and quality sciences, is extended by more detailed knowledge and skills within the specializations that students can choose according to their interests. International Business Management shapes competencies in the field of preparation for the role of a manager in a multicultural environment. The program shapes competencies in international business conditions and managerial skills required in the globalized economy and international trade. Business Economics and Finance is focused on gaining managerial competencies in the global financial and banking sectors. The program also develops advanced competencies in analyzing economic phenomena and using mass data in decision-making processes.
The graduate is prepared to continue studies at the second degree.
