- Obtaining the learning outcomes specified in the study program and the required number of ECTS points;

Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:
A graduate obtaining a master's degree in Spatial Development:
- has knowledge in the field of urban planning and spatial planning, economic, natural and social sciences, set in an int.ernational context; and in particular regarding sustainable development, as well as shaping the spatial environment of people, in accordance with their needs in conditions of polarization and competitiveness of groups, civilization requirements, technical possibilities, and the principles of spatial order, while maintaining the world cultural heritage,
- has analytical, creative, methodological and negotiation competences,
- understands the social and intercultural conditions of their activities
Graduates are prepared to work in the field of shaping the space of spatial management on the international arena of the labor market, including:
- preparing planning documents of settlement units and regions, Euroregions and the country,
- constructing a vision of development and transformation strategies for spatial units,
- drafting programs aimed at increasing the competitiveness of cities, municipalities and regions and protecting and shaping the natural environment,
- planning the development of technical infrastructure elements and transport systems,
- cross-border cooperation in the field of spatial planning,
- acting as an advisor and negotiator with competences in creating public-private cooperation, in resolving spatial conflicts and in the field of regional cooperation,
- managing space and spatial development, including the management of cities, municipalities, counties and voivodeships,
- developing analyses and undertaking activities in the field of territorial marketing,
- planning the protection of European urban and regional cultural heritage and forecasting and simulating various variants of spatial development based on specialized models.
