Obtaining the learning outcomes and the required number of ECTS points specified in the education program, submitting and obtaining a positive grade for the diploma thesis and passing the diploma examination.
Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:
Second-cycle studies in management and production engineering provide graduates with the ability to easily customize to rapidly changing conditions and requirements of the economic environment and work in various professional teams. The combination of engineering and managerial skills allows you to find employment with the prospect of quick promotion while working in various areas of the economy, especially in production and service enterprises.
Graduates of second-cycle studies in management and production engineering have both managerial knowledge and skills related to management as well as technical skills directly related to issues of manufacturing and production planning and control, including quality systems sciences.
Graduate of the second cycle of studies in management and production engineering:
- has the ability to use knowledge in the field of technological, manufacturing and economic sciences related to the construction and operation of machines used in various production and service sectors;
- is prepared to work in managing manufacturing processes and providing services for various sectors of the economy, both as an employee of a larger organization or an entrepreneurial;
- has substantive knowledge in the field: production engineering, basic economic and managerial knowledge, which is extended compared to first-cycle studies, which allows him to undertake independent activities in the field of organizing and managing technological and production processes, their operation, diagnostics and repairs, in the production of goods and services;
- has interdisciplinary knowledge in the creation and use of IT systems in the field of production engineering and for the management of manufacturing processes;
- After obtaining a master's degree in engineering, graduates can continue their education at the Doctoral School.
