Graduation requirements:

"Obtaining a second-cycle qualification requires achieving the learning outcomes and ECTS credits specified in the program, being admitted to the defense of the diploma thesis after an anti-plagiarism check, receiving a positive grade for the diploma thesis, and passing the diploma examination."

Graduate profile and further learning opportunities:

A graduate of the Management program is comprehensively prepared to take on managerial roles in a dynamically changing global environment. They acquire advanced competencies in the field of management and the ability to apply them in multidisciplinary contexts. They are capable of analyzing, critically evaluating, and synthesizing information from various sources, accurately identifying management-related problems and developing unique and creative solutions, both individually and in teams.

They easily interact with colleagues, using appropriate communication methods to effectively share knowledge and convey information. They have the potential to undertake entrepreneurial activities and fulfill leadership roles in selected positions and broader communities. They act with social engagement and awareness of global issues, with respect for diversity. They value personal development as well as the development of their colleagues.

They are well-prepared for life, learning, and work in a digital society, adapting to constant technological changes and their impact on management systems.

Students can choose from one of four specializations: Sustainable Organizational Development Management focused on incorporating sustainable development goals into organizational activities.Corporate Financial Management prepares students to manage organizational processes in the context of broadly understood financial conditions.Quality and Innovative Project Management centers on the implementation of innovative projects within organizations, with particular emphasis on ensuring the quality of processes. Entrepreneurship and Marketing prepares students for entrepreneurial activities, with special attention to organizational and financial aspects.
