Work placement:
The internship is carried out in the 6th semester and comprises 100 hours. The internship is worth 4 ECTS credits. As part of the internship, students verify the knowledge acquired during their studies in the area of creative and entrepreneurial activities related to identifying and solving innovative ideas. They can demonstrate professional and effective performance in teamwork, both in the role of a leader and as a team member.
Graduation requirements:
Obtaining a first-degree qualification requires achieving the learning outcomes specified in the program and earning 210 ECTS credits, completing internships, being admitted to the thesis defense after an anti-plagiarism check, receiving a positive grade for the thesis and its defense, as well as passing the final examination.

Completing the Engineering Management program provides graduates with advanced managerial and engineering competencies, enabling them to achieve success in their future professional careers. The knowledge and skills acquired develop the ability to adapt to changean indispensable attribute of the modern business environment in an era of technological transformation. Graduates are prepared to plan and implement their own goals while meeting global societal expectations by solving complex problems in management systems (including technical ones), drawing inspiration from the results of contemporary scientific research. They are equipped to critically and creatively develop unique solutions to management-related challenges, applying an engineering approach and carrying out projects both individually and in teams, acting as leaders as well as contributors. They operate with social engagement and an awareness of global issues across different cultures, respecting diversity.
A strong general foundation in economics and finance, as well as management and quality sciences, is expanded through more specialized knowledge and skills within specializations that students may choose according to their interests. The Product and Service Improvement specialization develops competencies in modern production management methods, a systemic approach to quality management, and project feasibility studies, integrating technical aspects with economic evaluation and the preparation of management systems. The Digital Transformation Management specialization focuses on the application of information technologies to support managerial work. Competencies in the engineering design of information system structures are developed in the areas of application selection, database structures, and their use in decision-making processes, with due consideration of cybersecurity.
Graduates are prepared to continue their education at the second-cycle level.
