Work placement:
The internship takes place in the 4th semester and lasts for 100 hours. It is assigned 4 ECTS credits. During the internship, students verify their knowledge gained during their studies in the field of creative and entrepreneurial activities in identifying and solving innovative ideas. They can demonstrate professional and effective performance in teamwork, both as a leader and as a team member.
Graduation requirements:
Obtaining a sixth-level qualification requires achieving the learning outcomes specified in the program and earning 180 ECTS credits, completing internships, and being admitted to the defense of the diploma thesis after it has been checked in an anti-plagiarism system, as well as receiving a positive evaluation of the diploma thesis and passing the diploma examination.

Completing the Management program provides graduates with advanced managerial competencies that enable them to achieve success in their future professional careers. The knowledge and skills acquired during the studies develop the ability to adapt to change, which is an essential feature of the modern business environment in which graduates will operate confidently. They will be capable of fulfilling their own professional aspirations while also addressing global societal expectations by solving complex problems in various management systems, drawing inspiration from the results of contemporary scientific research. Graduates are prepared to develop unique solutions to management-related problems in a critical and creative manner, working both individually and in teams, either as leaders or team members. They act with social engagement and awareness of global challenges across different cultures, while respecting diversity. This is supported by the high level of internationalization of the program, which is conducted in English. A solid general foundation in economics, finance, and management and quality sciences is further expanded through more specialized knowledge and skills within selected specializations that students may choose according to their interests.
The Project Management specialization prepares students for professional planning, organization, and execution of projects in various organizations and industries. The program develops skills related to managing the entire project life cycle, including scheduling, budget management, resource allocation, and risk management. Students also gain competencies in coordinating project teams, communicating with stakeholders, and applying modern project management methodologies, both traditional and agile. As a result, graduates are prepared to work in project-based environments where effective collaboration, organization of work, and successful achievement of business goals are essential.
The Digital Business Management and Marketing specialization focuses on managing business activities in a digital environment and using modern technologies and marketing tools on the internet. The program develops competencies related to creating digital business models, planning online marketing strategies, and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior in digital environments. Students gain knowledge about the functioning of e-commerce, communication in social media, and the use of digital marketing tools to build brands and maintain relationships with customers. As a result, graduates are prepared to work in the dynamic environment of digital business, including technology companies, e-commerce enterprises, and marketing agencies.
